About me
My Approach:

No two clients are ever the same, so I take an indivualized approach for each client.  I focus on the use of education and therapeutic tools to remove the power of negative thoughts to reduce stress and anxiety while creating a safe non-judgmental environment to explore negative thoughts and emotions.  I believe in the importance of establishing effective coping skills while uncovering and healing the core issues.  My goal for you is to discover your own potential by healing your mental blocks.  With that new found energy along with the techniques you have learned during therapy, you will feel confident at handling life stressors and maintaining a happy, healthy life, self-fulfilling life.

My Experience:

I graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Psychology with Department Honors.  From there I went on to receive my Master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have been in practice since 2010 focusing on working with teens, children, and individuals overcoming trauma and anxiety.  I thrive on knowledge and continue to learn more about these populations.  I am currently working towards a specialty in holistic psychotherapy that involves specialized training in the treatment of trauma and other mood disorders.
